Required Footwear
Shoes should be black with a flat heel
(Boots should only be worn in Winter and only in wet or very cold weather - and should also be black)
Summer sandals must offer sufficient support and protection for children’s feet. NOT strappy beach shoes please.)
Required PE Kit
Shorts - navy
T shirt - white with school badge
Winter PE Navy tracksuit or navy joggiung bottoms and spare school sweathsirt
Trainers - for outside games - must not be astro turf type
Plimsolls - for use in the hall
Jewellery
NO JEWELLERY SHOULD BE WORN
Very small ear studs for pierced ears are the only exception.
Hair elastics and clips should be simple and only worn to keep hair tidy.
Nail polish should not be worn in school.

We are always willing to make reasonable adjustments to our uniform policy for a multitude of reasons. Please speak to the Class Teacher or Headteacher if these are required. At Crowhurst we do not want a strict uniform policy and implementation of this that hinders or creates a barrier to learning for our pupils.
Branded items are preferred but not required especially for PE kits. Items can be sourced from the list of suppliers but can be purchased from elsewhere if needed. We also have many second-hand items of uniform. If you would like further details, please speak to the school office or a member of the Friends of Crowhurst. Keep an eye out for our uniform sales that regularly occur throughout the school year.
